Job Purpose:
Oversee and manage all security activities within the site, ensuring compliance with company policies, Security standards, and operational effectiveness.
Key Accountabilities

Implement and monitor DP World Sokhna Logistics Park (SLP) security regulations and policies.

Report violations and discrepancies directly to the Security Assistant Manager.

Respond effectively to emergencies in line with the Emergency Action Plan.

Train, mentor, and support security officers to ensure professional conduct and operational readiness.

Assign officers to posts, prepare duty rosters, and manage vacation schedules.

Conduct shift briefings and inspect officers’ uniforms and equipment before deployment.

Ensure compliance with QHSE requirements and safe workplace practices.

Monitor adherence to safety rules, regulations, and procedures.

Oversee access control systems and other technical security systems; report malfunctions and initiate repairs.

Safeguard all equipment under supervision (vehicles, communication devices, computers, telephones) and verify serviceability.

Ensure radios are functional and properly configured for communication.

Supervise daily patrols to confirm compliance with security instructions.

Develop and implement security plans for crises and special events.
-
Maintain and archive personnel files, including data, evaluations, and disciplinary records.

Design and oversee patrol vehicle deployment plans.

Coordinate with outsourced security providers to meet staffing and operational needs.

Conduct interviews for new security officer vacancies.

Evaluate security supervisors’ performance quarterly and provide continuous monitoring, guidance, and problem-solving support.

Monitor and resolve issues related to security systems and company-wide security activities.

Liaise with governmental authorities on external security matters, ensuring smooth cooperation and compliance.

Ensure the overall security of all DP World Sokhna Logistics Park facilities.
Qualification and Certificates:

7–10 years of experience in security operations, preferably within maritime and logistics environments.

Strong knowledge of safety procedures and emergency response protocols.
Skills & Abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong command of English (spoken and written).
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to work effectively with diverse teams across different cultures and organizational levels (white- and blue-collar staff).

Strong leadership, decision-making, and crisis management skills.
