Outkom Enterprises, in partnership with Atlas Cars London - one of the UK’s largest and most established minicab operators - is seeking an experienced Taxi/Cab Controller to join our Lahore-based operations team.

This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on London taxi or private hire experience who thrive in high-pressure, real-time dispatch environments and are looking for long-term stability and career continuity.

Role Overview

As a Sr. Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing live taxi operations, ensuring efficient dispatch, maintaining service quality, and supporting both customers and drivers during UK night hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the Cordic dispatch system, overriding automated decisions when operationally required.
• Allocate and dispatch work efficiently, ensuring optimal coverage based on demand and supply.
• Take customer bookings when necessary and resolve booking-related issues.
• Liaise with drivers regarding routes, delays, customer issues, and operational concerns.
• Proactively plan upcoming workloads and anticipate peak demand periods.
• Maintain high standards of performance, productivity, and service quality.

Shift Details:

• Night Shift: 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM (PST)
• Working Days: 5 days per week
• Shift Duration: 10 hours

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Cab Controller with a London-based taxi or minicab company

OR prior experience as a Private Hire Driver in London with exceptional knowledge of London routes and areas.

• Strong spoken English skills (British accent preferred).
• Excellent working knowledge of London’s geography.
• Computer-literate with good keyboard and system-handling skills.
• Professional telephone manner with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work night shifts and unsociable hours reliably.
• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative and supportive work ethic.
• High standards of punctuality, discipline, and integrity.

Preferred Criteria

• Candidates who have previously lived and worked in London in a similar operational capacity.
• Prior experience working with Cordic dispatch systems.
