Primary Purpose of the Job:

Analyse the requirements/ available data and develop/ maintain databases to satisfy PE Department. Use computer skills to input, manipulate data and generate various reports for Management. Assist in developing, maintaining, processing, managing, monitoring and controlling manpower resources and administration data. Collect technical data from VP Departments, compile and prepare reports using the latest Computer Software to create tabulations, charts, slides, etc. for presentations. Maintain and update databases related to PE department.

Required Experience and Skills:
  • Minimum 8 years experience in functional support which should include good computer knowledge in developing databases.
  • Team player with good written, communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities at one time and be very results-oriented
  • Demonstrates a commitment to quality.
Educational Qualifications:
  • Diploma or equivalent and proficient in using MS Office suite applications.
