Sr. Town Planner

Job Title: Senior Town Planner
Location: DHA Phase 08, Karachi

Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified Sr. Town Planner to support urban planning and development projects. The role involves preparing planning studies, reviewing development proposals, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and master plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review town planning layouts, zoning plans, and land-use proposals.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and authorities on planning approvals.
• Review development applications for compliance with planning laws and regulations.
• Assist in feasibility studies, reports, and presentations for planning projects.
• Liaise with government bodies and attend meetings when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Town Planning / Urban Planning.
• Relevant experience in consultancy or development projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of local planning regulations and approval processes.
• Good communication and report-writing skills.
