Sr. UI/UX Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sr. UI/UX Designer to join our team at YODO. The ideal candidate will lead the design of user interfaces & experiences that are intuitive, attractive, and aligned with business goals. This role requires strong communication with product, engineering, and leadership teams to deliver high-quality design work and design direction.

Responsibilities:

• Design high-fidelity user interfaces, prototypes, and mockups for web and mobile platforms.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, UI patterns, and component libraries.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to iterate on designs.
• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
• Mentor junior designers & provide feedback.
• Keep up-to-date with design trends and best practices in UI/UX.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Minimum 3-4 years relevant experience as UI/UX Designer or Senior UI Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing experience with web & mobile UI/UX.
• Expertise in design tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
• Proficiency in prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Marvel) and design collaboration tools.
• Experience with user research, wireframes, usability testing.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead design discussions.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
