Duties

• Develop and execute creative concepts for branding, marketing campaigns, and digital content that resonate with target audiences.
• Lead art direction to establish cohesive visual styles across multiple channels, including social media, websites, and print materials.
• Design logos, icons, typography layouts, and comprehensive branding assets that reflect brand identity and values.
• Create engaging motion graphics and video content using Adobe After Effects and other animation tools to enhance storytelling.
• Produce high-quality digital art, illustrations, photo manipulations, and layout designs utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Sketch, Figma, and InVision.
• Manage web design projects by developing UI/UX concepts with HTML, CSS, JavaScript integrations within WordPress or other content management systems.
• Oversee production design for signage manufacturing and print advertising campaigns ensuring accurate color management and typesetting.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop compelling presentations and content strategies that align with brand goals.
• Maintain consistency in color theory application, typography choices, and visual design principles across all deliverables.
• Stay current with industry trends in digital design, motion graphics, web development tools like HTML/CSS/JavaScript to continually elevate creative output.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital art, motion graphics, and web design projects.
• Extensive proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and video editing.
• Skilled in digital design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision for UI/UX development and layout design.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript fundamentals for web integration; experience with WordPress is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comprehensive branding strategies from concept through execution.
• Strong knowledge of color management systems and typography best practices to produce visually cohesive work.
• Experience working on sign manufacturing projects or print advertising campaigns is a plus.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
