About The Role
We are seeking a highly accomplished Sr. VP to lead our global sales and revenue function. The ideal candidate will bring 15-20 years of proven sales leadership experience, strong exposure to US or European markets, and a successful track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities

Define and drive the global revenue strategy ensuring sustainable growth.

Lead business development and enterprise sales in US or European markets.

Build, mentor, and manage large cross-functional sales and account management teams.

Establish a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs, coaching, and talent development.

Drive customer acquisition, retention, and long-term account relationships.

Identify and execute new market entry, partnerships, and expansion strategies.

Own revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analytics.

Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations to align go-to-market plans.

Represent the company in CXO-level client meetings, industry forums, and global events.
Key Requirements

15-20 years of progressive sales leadership experience with a strong track record of revenue growth.

Proven exposure to US or European markets.

Expertise in team leadership and scaling global sales teams.

Background in B2B SaaS / IT Products / enterprise technology sales preferred.

Strong financial and business acumen with P&L ownership experience.
