Position: Construction Manager / Senior Project Engineer

Location: UAE
Experience: Minimum 10 years (including at least 7 years in the UAE)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager / Senior Project Engineer to lead and oversee construction projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, site coordination, and team leadership within reputable construction companies in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute construction projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Coordinate between design, procurement, and execution teams.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and address delays or issues proactively.
• Ensure adherence to client requirements, company standards, and local regulations.
• Lead project meetings and maintain effective communication among all stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years’ total experience, with at least 7 years in the UAE in construction project management.
• Proven track record in handling mid- to large-scale projects from start to handover.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in leading or reputable construction companies preferred.
• Candidates from strong firms with 5+ years of UAE project-management experience may also be considered.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
