The SRD Process Improvement role has a national salary range of $152,000- $248,000.

Job Description
Provide strategic direction and thought leadership for the Continuous Improvement team within Operational Excellence. Lead the evolution, deployment, and governance of CI frameworks, digital improvement tools, and data-driven methodologies. Accelerate business performance by embedding First Choice/Lean principles, fostering a culture of innovation, and developing organizational CI capability at all levels, both within region and across the globe
Responsibilities
Shape and steer the CI/RE strategic direction for the region, ensuring the roadmap supports long-term business priorities, customer growth, and operational resilience.
Maintain NorAm as the global leader in CI and Performance Management activities
Support all Global CI/First Choice Initiatives as agreed to and rollout/deployment of Initiatives
Support other regional activities through a One OE approach
Establish and govern standardized methodologies, tools, and processes that enable consistent execution, scalability, and measurable performance improvement.
Oversee the identification, prioritization, and execution of improvement projects that deliver measurable value in efficiency, quality, cost and service.
Align all CI/RE activity with OMS, LMS, QA, Engineering, and other OE functions to ensure a unified, ONE OE operating model.
Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams of CI Advisors and Engineers, building expertise in CI Facilitation, First Choice, analytics, and change management.
Maintain balanced scheduling, resource allocation, and travel expectations to support budget adherence and promote healthy work-life balance for the team
Provide clear career development pathways, intentional coaching, and opportunities for advancement to strengthen the overall OE talent pipeline
Ensure the team actively supports all OE functions when operating in the field, reinforcing the cohesive ONE OE approach.
Build strong relationships with Operations leaders, IT, HR, finance, and other critical functions to ensure improvements are integrated, digitally enabled, and sustainable
Maintain accountability in the business for CI activities and completion
Prioritize where CI activities will be deployed
