What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, MIS, or a related quantitative field,

Minimum of
4–6 years
of hands-on experience in
Data Analytics, Customer Insights, Data Science, or similar roles
, with a
proven track record in customer segmentation, behavioral modeling, and personalized targeting
,

Strong proficiency in
SQL and Python
(experience with BigQuery, MySQL, Oracle SQL, PostgreSQL is a plus),
-
Proven experience in developing and operationalizing segmentation models
, such as RFM, behavioral clustering, predictive scoring (e.g., churn, response, conversion), and lifecycle modeling
-
Hands-on skills in
machine learning techniques
, including supervised and unsupervised learning (e.g., regression, classification, clustering), and experience translating these techniques into actionable business strategies,

Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Google Analytics, Power BI, MicroStrategy, etc.).

Proactively suggest new data tools, infrastructure, or automation pipelines to improve scalability and performance,
-
Analytical mindset, ability to handle large-scale datasets, and skill in translating insights into business impact,

Ability to extract actionable insights from data and communicate them clearly to relevant stakeholders,

Embrace a forward-thinking approach to address future data-related needs of the domain and propose new data initiatives/tools,

Design and maintain scalable
dashboards and monitoring tools
that support KPI tracking across customer segments and lifecycle stages,

Develop
advanced customer analytics
solutions such as RFM segmentation, behavioral segmentation, market basket analysis, and lifetime value (LTV) prediction,

Coordinate with technology teams to automate and optimize data analysis infrastructure and processes,

Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Growth, and Product teams to deliver
actionable and measurable data-driven
recommendations,
