Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute recruitment strategies.
• Manage end-to-end hiring (sourcing to onboarding).
• Build and maintain talent pipelines.
• Partner with managers to define job needs and assess candidates.
• Track recruitment metrics and ensure compliance.
