Location: Karachi, Pakistan
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to lead our financial operations. The ideal candidate must have 12 to 15 years of extensive experience in financial management, cost control, compliance, and strategic planning within the chemical, paint, or adhesive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Prepare short-term and long-term financial plans, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to optimize business performance.
Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure timely closing of accounts, reconciliations, and tax filings.
- Implement and maintain costing methods, pricing strategies, and inventory management controls.
Taxation & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with FBR, SECP, and other regulatory authorities.
- Oversee sales tax, income tax, and withholding tax filings.
- Handle external and internal audits, responding to tax notices and ensuring proper documentation.
Cash Flow & Treasury Management
- Manage working capital, cash flow, and fund allocations for smooth operations.
- Develop strong relationships with banks and financial institutions for financing, loans, and credit facilities.
- Ensure efficient payment cycles, receivable management, and vendor negotiations.
ERP & Financial Systems
- Implement and oversee ERP/accounting software to streamline financial operations.
- Ensure proper data integrity, automation, and reporting efficiency.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, train, and mentor the finance team to enhance productivity.
- Work closely with senior management to drive business growth and profitability.
- Provide financial insights for decision-making, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.
Candidate Requirements:
Qualification: CA / ACCA / ICMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
Experience: 12–15 years in financial management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in chemical, paint, or adhesive manufacturing.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of costing, taxation, budgeting, and corporate finance.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
