Job summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Estimator to join our team DIP PROJECTS. As a Project Estimator, you will play a key role in accurately estimating the costs, resources, and time required for civil engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Cost Estimation: Accurately estimate the costs, resources, and time required for civil engineering projects.
• Tender and Bid Preparation: Prepare tenders and bids for both public and private sector projects.
• Subcontractor and Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project needs are met.
• Budget and Resource Management: Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently for projects.
• Risk Analysis: Conduct risk analysis to identify potential issues and mitigate them.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports and documentation related to project estimates.
• Collaboration with Project Teams: Work collaboratively with project teams to ensure project success.
• Post-Project Analysis: Conduct post-project analysis to evaluate estimation accuracy and outcomes.
• Tender and Bill Checking: Prepare tender and bill checking of sites.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in cost estimating for civil construction projects.
• Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, ensuring estimates are precise and well-documented.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
