We are seeking an experienced, creative, and strategic Senior Social Media Executive to lead and manage our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand growth through content strategy, community engagement, performance analysis, and trend-driven execution, while ensuring consistency with brand objectives and campaign goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, execution, and optimization of social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan, manage, and oversee monthly and quarterly content calendars aligned with brand goals and ongoing campaigns.
- Create, curate, and approve engaging, high-quality content ensuring brand consistency across platforms.
- Supervise community management by monitoring, responding to, and engaging with audiences in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, video editors, and internal marketing teams to deliver impactful and on-brand content.
- Track, analyze, and interpret key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other analytics platforms.
- Identify trends, platform updates, and viral opportunities to enhance reach, engagement, and brand visibility.
- Coordinate social media efforts for product launches, events, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify content gaps and growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports with insights, recommendations, and optimization strategies.
- Oversee and execute on-site client content creation using iPhones, including capturing daily activities, coordinating with teachers for approvals, and ensuring timely upload of final creatives to the designated campaign platform.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong proficiency in social media tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling/analytics platforms.
- In-depth understanding of social media algorithms, KPIs, best practices, and content performance optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong creative vision with keen attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Working knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools such as InShot, VN, CapCut, Clipchamp, or similar software.
Preferred Skills
- Proven experience managing Instagram Reels, Stories, and trend-based content formats.
- Experience with influencer marketing, collaborations, and user-generated content.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and deadlines efficiently.
- Google Ads or Meta Ads certification is an added advantage.
- Leadership or mentoring experience with junior team members is a plus.
