About Job:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Web Developer to join our IT team. As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development. We expect you to understand the latest industry trends and content management systems strongly.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality websites. You should have a strong understanding of WordPress architecture and development best practices and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Office timings: 5:00 pm to 2 am
Working days: Mon to Fri
Office Location: Colabs,Cantt, Lahore

Key Areas of Engagement:

● Website and Web Application development using core PHP and WordPress

● Develop and maintain websites, themes, and plugins according to project requirements

● Customize existing WordPress themes and plugins to meet client specifications and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

● Collaborate with designers and project managers to translate design concepts into functional websites, ensuring a visually appealing and user-friendly interface.

● Optimize website performance and ensure code quality, following industry best practices and coding standards.

● Conduct thorough testing and debugging of websites to identify and resolve any issues or bugs.

● Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in web development and proactively suggest new ideas and techniques to enhance website functionality and user experience.

● Provide technical support and assistance to clients or team members when required.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and marketers, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Requirements:

● In-depth knowledge of WordPress architecture, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL

● Strong proficiency in developing custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch and modifying existing themes and plugins to match client requirements

● Familiarity with responsive web design principles and mobile-first development approaches

● Experience working with popular WordPress frameworks, libraries, and page builders (e.g., Bootstrap, Elementor, WPBakery)

● Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently

● Attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering pixel-perfect websites

● Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

● Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders

● 2-4 years of professional experience, ideally in an agency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs90,000.00 per month
