Staff Accountant

Fine Line Homes is a residential construction company based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. To be successful, the FULL TIME STAFF ACCOUNTANT at Fine Line Homes must be present in the office for daily work.

Responsibilities will be performed for the construction, real estate agency, and land development entities within the Parmer Group and include:

• Accounts payable processing.
• Managing corporate spend card transactions.
• Daily cash and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Balancing intercompany transactions.
• Estimated lot profit reporting.
• Monthly rental reconciliations.
• Other accounting tasks.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in accounting with experience.
• Proficiency in account reconciliation.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in work.
• Ability and desire to become proficient with accounting software utilized by the Parmer Group.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective and genial communication skills.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
