Staff Accountant

Allstate Leasing and Rental is seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Lease Billing Administrator to join our growing team. This full‑time, onsite position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely billing for all Lease Sales activity.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to take ownership of their work while supporting cross‑department processes.

Staff Accountant Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process new leases, terminations, and extensions submitted by the Sales department
• Prepare and submit contract funding accurately and on time
• Maintain and update logs, reports, and customer transaction records
• Perform deal costing in coordination with accounting
• Handle titling and licensing documentation
• Multitask effectively while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
• Support additional accounting functions and business processes as assigned

Staff Accountant Qualifications:

• Previous titling experience is a plus
• Prior automotive dealership experience is beneficial
• Strong attention to detail and reliable follow‑up skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
