Staff Accountant

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Clerk to join our Accounting Department. The ideal candidate will be able to handle all day-to-day operations related to accounts payable, receivables, and assist with Payroll prep ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and complete all aspects of accounts payable and receivable.

- Process invoices and payments.

- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.

- Maintain accurate financial records.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience with the accounting process

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

- Experience with QuickBooks is required.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
