Staff Accountant- Afternoon Shift

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team for the Afternoon Shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing core accounting activities, and assisting in financial reporting to ensure smooth and compliant business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
• Prepare and assist in financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, and annual statements).
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audit activities.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including timely follow-ups on outstanding balances.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Conduct variance analysis and present financial insights to management for decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Enrolled or Part Qualified in ACCA, CA, or ICMA.
• Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
