Staff and Operations Manager

Hi-G Foods Pvt Ltd is a growing name in the meat processing and retail industry, committed to delivering high-quality fresh and frozen food products. We are looking for an experienced and responsible Staff & Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and manage workforce efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of head office and branch coordination
• Manage and supervise staff performance, attendance, and discipline
• Develop and implement operational policies and SOPs
• Ensure smooth coordination between accounts, sales, and production teams
• Monitor inventory, supply chain, and logistics operations
• Handle staff hiring, training, and performance evaluation
• Resolve operational issues and improve efficiency
• Maintain compliance with company standards and procedures
• Prepare daily/weekly operations reports for management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• 3–5 years experience in operations or staff management (FMCG/food industry preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per hour
