About the Role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and Arizona-licensed Staff Attorney to join our growing, mission-driven team. In this fully remote position, you’ll help consumers reclaim their rights by reviewing legal claims, managing documents, and guiding clients through the claims process with care and precision.

This role is ideal for an attorney who is organized, tech-comfortable, and motivated by helping others. You’ll sit at the intersection of law, technology, and consumer advocacy—ensuring every client receives accurate, timely, and compassionate support.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and manage client claims and legal documents.
• Oversee document workflows and maintain quality control.
• Communicate with clients via phone and email in a clear, professional, and empathetic manner.
• Identify and escalate legal or process-related issues as needed.
• Maintain detailed records and assist with internal reporting.
• Help improve standard operating procedures and internal documentation.
• Learn and effectively use internal legal tech tools.
• Support other operational functions as needed (e.g., audits, data review).

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Bar membership in good standing.
• Experience with document review or claims management.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• Located in Arizona (required for licensing and jurisdictional work).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
