Position: Staff Attorney – Family Law Attorney

Location: Miami, FL, 33134

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team as a Staff Attorney. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law and a passion for advocating on behalf of clients in need.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, and domestic violence cases
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Attend court hearings and trials to advocate for clients
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure the best possible outcome for clients

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Florida State Bar
• 3+ years of experience practicing family law
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
