Staff Attorney – Family Law (Non-Litigation)

This is a non-litigation role (not a partner track) where you will play an essential part in supporting our clients and legal teams through:

• Drafting and preparing family law documents
• Managing discovery and case organization
• Working directly with clients to ensure smooth case progression
• Providing proactive support to attorneys and partners

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of two years as a practicing family law attorney in the state of Georgia.
• An attorney with strong initiative, resilience, and the ability to work independently
• A sharp attention to detail paired with strategic execution skills
• Someone who thrives in a remote, team-oriented environment
• A professional who can balance independence with teamwork, ensuring clients and colleagues receive the highest level of support

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
