Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to patients including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, wound care, and other nursing duties as required.
- Assist in patient assessments and care planning under the supervision of medical officer.
- Monitor patient condition and report any significant changes to the physician.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records and reports.
- Support patients and their families by providing health education and emotional support.
- Ensure infection control and hygiene standards are strictly maintained.
- Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other medical staff to ensure quality patient care.
- Handle medical equipment safely and efficiently.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or B.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- License: Registered Nurse (RN) with the State Nursing Council.
- Experience: 1-2 years for entry-level roles
