Staff Nurse

Duties and responsibilities:-

1. To inform Primary consultant about the admission, follow-up and discharge.

2. To accompany consultant while general assessment/examination of Pediatric and female patient.

3. Check case sheet for order written on continuation sheet and carry out that order immediately.

4. To fill the laboratory form properly with short history of patient.

5. To assure that short history should be written by consultant or optometrist with counter sign.

6. To send investigation on time and collect report s after mentioned reporting time form laboratory.

7. To write medication ordered by concerned consultant on medication chart.

8. To give medicine on time as per consultant advice.

9. To maintain vital & input/output (Blood pressure, pulse rate, temperature) etc as per consultant advice

10. To carry out pre and post operative orders.

11. On discharge of patient, complete the case sheet with all investigations, enter in the discharge book and sent to billing counter.

12. To make sure that all dues has cleared before shifting the patient outside the post operative area+

13. Guide the patient with the help of discharge summary, what medicine he/she has to be taking at home, at what time and when to come for check up.

14. To attend nursing training program

15. To check on daily basis emergency trolley / crash cart with required emergency drugs, E.T tube, Laryngoscope, AMBU bag.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
