Staff Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting in medical procedures.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with doctors and healthcare teams.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, reports, and documentation.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and health management.
• Ensure infection control and safety protocols are strictly followed.
• Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff and assist in their professional development.
• Assist in emergency situations and perform critical care interventions when required.
• Coordinate with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams for holistic patient care.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing / GNM / ANM).
• Registered Nurse (valid license with respective Nursing Council).
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on nursing experience in hospital or clinical settings.
• Strong knowledge of medical procedures, healthcare protocols, and patient care standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle stress and work effectively in emergency situations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹41,648.76 per month
