Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting in medical procedures.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with doctors and healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, reports, and documentation.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and health management.
- Ensure infection control and safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff and assist in their professional development.
- Assist in emergency situations and perform critical care interventions when required.
- Coordinate with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams for holistic patient care.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing / GNM / ANM).
- Registered Nurse (valid license with respective Nursing Council).
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on nursing experience in hospital or clinical settings.
- Strong knowledge of medical procedures, healthcare protocols, and patient care standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle stress and work effectively in emergency situations.
