Staff Nurse

Job Summary:

We are looking for skilled and dedicated Staff Nurses with experience in ICU, NICU, MICU, OT, and Emergency Medicine. The ideal candidates should have strong clinical skills, the ability to work in high-pressure environments, and a commitment to delivering quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in ICU, NICU, MICU, OT, and Emergency departments.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and clinical conditions regularly.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and injections as per physicians’ orders.
• Assist doctors during procedures, surgeries, and critical interventions.
• Maintain accurate patient records, charts, and reports.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and provide first-line care in critical situations.
• Ensure infection control protocols and safety measures are followed.
• Educate and support patients’ families on care plans and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

• GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing – Mandatory.
• Valid Nursing Council Registration.
• 1–3 years of experience in ICU/NICU/MICU/OT/Emergency Medicine.
• Strong clinical and technical nursing skills.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
