Staff Nurse

The Staff Nurse will assist dermatologists, trichologists, and aesthetic practitioners in providing safe and effective skin and hair care treatments. The role involves patient assessment, preparation for procedures, assisting during dermatological and cosmetic treatments, post-procedure care, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:1. Patient Care and Assistance

• Welcome and prepare patients for consultations and procedures.
• Assist the dermatologist during aesthetic, dermatological, and trichological treatments (e.g., laser therapy, PRP, micro-needling, chemical peels, hair transplant support).
• Monitor patients during and after procedures to ensure comfort and safety.
• Provide pre- and post-procedure instructions and follow-up care.

2. Clinical and Technical Duties

• Prepare procedure rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure infection control standards are maintained.
• Handle dermatology and aesthetic equipment such as laser machines, dermatoscopes, PRP kits, and cooling systems under supervision.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment details and progress notes.
• Manage inventory of consumables and medical supplies.

3. Administrative and Coordination Tasks

• Coordinate patient appointments, treatment schedules, and follow-ups.
• Ensure smooth workflow between doctors, technicians, and reception staff.
• Support in maintaining documentation for regulatory compliance and quality audits.

4. Health & Safety

• Follow all clinic protocols for hygiene, sterilization, and patient safety.
• Adhere to infection control and biomedical waste disposal guidelines.

5. Patient Education and Support

• Educate patients on skincare, post-treatment care, and home maintenance routines.
• Address patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Diploma or B.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Registration: Valid Nursing Council Registration.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in dermatology, cosmetology, or aesthetic clinics preferred (freshers with interest in aesthetics may also apply).
• Skills:
• Knowledge of basic dermatological and cosmetic procedures.
• Excellent communication and patient handling skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in maintaining clinical documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
