Staff Nurse

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking qualified and compassionate Staff Nurses to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support doctors during medical procedures, and ensure the smooth operation of daily nursing activities. The role requires strong clinical knowledge, dedication, and excellent interpersonal skills to deliver superior patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care as per hospital protocols and doctor’s instructions.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information accurately.
• Administer medications, injections, and IV infusions as prescribed.
• Assist in patient assessments, diagnostic tests, and procedures.
• Maintain proper documentation and nursing records.
• Ensure infection control and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and health maintenance.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for patient management and support.
• Participate in training, audits, and continuous improvement programs.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc Nursing / General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) from a recognized institution.
• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN/RM) with the respective State Nursing Council.
• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of clinical experience .

Required Skills:

• Strong clinical and patient care skills.
• Good knowledge of nursing protocols and hospital procedures.
• Ability to handle medical equipment and emergency situations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented.
• Basic computer and record-keeping skills.
