Staff Nurse

Miracle Women and Children’s Hospital is seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to expectant mothers, newborns, and pediatric patients. Key Responsibilities

• Specialized Care: Provide comprehensive nursing care for women (prenatal, postnatal, and gynecological) and children (neonatal to pediatric).
• Patient Monitoring: Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and assist in clinical procedures or deliveries.
• Family Support: Educate parents and caregivers on infant care, breastfeeding, and post-operative recovery.
• Collaboration: Work closely with obstetricians, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals to implement personalized care plans.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all clinical documentation meets hospital standards.
• Emergency Response: Quickly assess and respond to medical emergencies in the labor room or pediatric ward.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience. (Direct experience in a Women and Children’s hospital is strongly preferred).
• Education: B.Sc Nursing or GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) from a recognized institution.
• Licensure: Valid Nursing Council Registration.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in IV cannulation, neonatal resuscitation, and monitoring fetal heart rates.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional bedside manner, patience, and a "child-friendly" communication style.
