Job Title: Staff Nurse

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Staff Nurse with a strong background in elderly patient care. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of nursing experience and demonstrated expertise in managing the medical and personal care needs of elderly patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to elderly patients.
• Monitor and assess patients’ health conditions and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist elderly patients with daily living activities when required.
• Handle age-related conditions with patience and empathy.
• Maintain accurate medical and nursing records.
• Coordinate with physicians and caregivers to ensure continuity of care.
• Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and infection control standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Valid registration with Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Proven experience in caring for elderly patients.
• Strong understanding of geriatric care and age-related health issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, if required.
