Staff Nurse

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols
• Monitor and record vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, blood sugar, etc.)
• Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and insulin as prescribed by the doctor
• Assist doctors during patient examination and procedures
• Perform wound care, dressing, and basic patient procedures
• Educate patients and attendants on diabetes care, medication, diet, and lifestyle management
• Maintain accurate nursing records and patient charts
• Ensure infection control practices and patient safety standards
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing supervisors, and other departments
• Handle emergency situations and provide first-level care
• Maintain cleanliness and proper use of medical equipment

Skills Required:

• Good clinical and observation skills
• Knowledge of diabetes care (preferred)
• Good communication skills in Tamil (English knowledge is an advantage)
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach
• Ability to work in shifts

Experience:

• Freshers / Experienced candidates can apply
• Experience in hospital or diabetes care is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
