We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse - Emergency Room to join our dynamic team in the heart of our hospital. Located in the US, this role is vital in delivering high-quality emergency care and ensuring patient safety and satisfaction as part of our commitment to excellence in healthcare.
Responsibilities

• Provide immediate and effective nursing care to patients in the emergency room.
• Conduct thorough assessments and triage patients based on their medical needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Educate patients and families on health management and emergency procedures.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient care activities.
• Participate in continuous education and training to enhance nursing skills.
• Qualifications
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Proven experience in emergency medicine or critical care settings.
• Strong assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in IV infusion, medication administration, and suturing techniques preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
