* Monitor and assess critically ill patients continuously.

* Administer medications and prescribed treatments accurately.

* Operate and manage ICU equipment and life-support systems.

* Respond promptly to emergencies and assist in critical procedures.

* Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.

* Follow infection control, safety protocols, and hospital SOPs.

* Coordinate effectively with doctors and healthcare teams.
