Staff Specialist IT

The UX/UI Designer will be responsible to create user-centered design solutions that meet business goals and user needs. The UX/UI designer will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, and other stakeholders, to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable design solutions.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• User Experience (UX) Design: Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, focusing on the overall user experience, including information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping.
• User Interface (UI) Design: Create visually appealing and consistent UI designs, including layout, typography, color, and imagery, ensuring consistency across different devices and platforms.
• Conduct user research to gather insights on user behavior, needs, and motivations, using methods like user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Design interactive elements, such as buttons, forms, and navigation, to create a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Create interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts, gathering feedback from users and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain design systems, including style guides, component libraries, and design patterns, to ensure consistency across products and teams.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and business, to ensure design solutions meet business goals and user needs.
Stay up-to-date with industry-standard design tools and software, such as Sketch, Figma to create and deliver design solutions efficiently.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• At least 3 years of experience working as UX/UI designer.
• Understanding of design principles, including user-centered design, human-computer interaction, and design thinking.
• Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, or InVision, and ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to iterate and refine design solutions based on feedback and testing results.
• Understanding of user research methods, including user interviews and surveys.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design decisions and rationale.
• Knowledge of design systems and their application in creating consistent and scalable design solutions.
Basic knowledge of front-end development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, to effectively communicate with development teams.
