IT Admin

Job Description :

1. Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, printers, and peripheral equipment. And software.

2. Provide first-line technical support to users (onsite and remote).

3. Maintain Windows and Linux systems and ensure regular updates and security patches.

4. Manage IT asset inventory and software licensing compliance.

5. Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN connectivity.

6. Perform routine system monitoring, backups, and data recovery operations.

7. Keep up with IT trends and make recommendations for future upgrades.

8. Document IT processes, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides.

9. Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and desktop operating systems.

10. Maintain CCTV & Surveillance Systems:

11. Manage antivirus, , and endpoint protection tools.

12. Maintain Telephone (EPABX/PABX) System

13. Maintain Nurse Call System

14. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for next-level support and hardware repairs.

15. Coordinate with Application team for Application related issues,

16. Manage Ticketing Tool

17. Coordinate with corporate IT team for escalations, and procurements

Qualification:

1. Any graduate with min 6 months to 2 year experience is prefferable.

2. Ability to work independently.

3. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

4. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
