Staffing Coordinator Qualifications:

• Associate degree required.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.

• Two (2) years of experience directly related to staffing, scheduling and budget management may be considered in lieu of degree.

• Computer skills, clerical skills, typing skills, and strong math skills required.

• Staffing and scheduling experience required.

• CNA license in Virginia

Staffing Coordinator Salary/ Wage Range

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
