Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university,
• Minimum 8 years of experience in retail/operations management roles with proven team leadership experience,
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams,
• Fluent in English (written and spoken),
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications,
• Have no restriction to travel,
• Class B driver’s license,
• For male candidates, military service must be completed or exempted.
Job Description :
• Lead and oversee multi-store operations in line with global brand standards and operational excellence principles,
• Drive sales growth and profitability across the region by setting clear targets and action plans with store teams,
• Strengthen collaboration between Head Office and stores to ensure seamless communication and execution,
• Foster a high-performance culture by conducting regular regional meetings, sharing best practices, and aligning teams,
• Closely monitor sales, profitability, and cost drivers, taking timely actions to improve overall performance,
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities and increase market share,
• Enhance inventory efficiency and ensure effective stock management across stores,
• Coach and develop Store Managers, supporting both operational excellence and people management capabilities,
• Build, engage, and lead a motivated team by ensuring effective people management practices across the region,
• Inspire teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences in every store,
• Achieve a customer-centric mindset across all stores,
• Contribute to talent development and internal career growth within the region.
