Do you have a passion for people management, organizational development, and structured HR processes? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented People and Organization Intern to join our team at the Manisa Plant with an 11-month fixed-term contract.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Organize, archive and maintain personnel files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance,
  • Ensure high data quality standards by regularly reviewing, updating and validating HR databases,
  • Provide general administrative support to the People and Organization team as needed,
  • Support the team for payroll and recruitment activities,
  • Help coordinate employee onboarding and termination processes,
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures,
  • Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops and employee engagement activities.

About You:

  • Enthusiastic 3rd or 4th-year bachelor’s students or master’s students who are ready to join us for a part-time internship (minimum 3 days per week),
  • Candidates with a strong interest for learning and contributing to HR processes, eager to combine academic knowledge with hands-on professional experience,
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
  • Excellent communicators with strong problem-solving abilities, a positive mindset, and a collaborative attitude,
  • Methodical thinkers who are committed, logical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working within structured processes,
  • Proficiency in both English and Turkish (written and spoken) is essential.
