About the Role:
Atlas Digital is seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to head our Web Sales Department. This pivotal role will oversee the sales strategy and execution for our web design and development services, with a focus on WordPress and Shopify platforms. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a proactive leader, and a skilled salesperson with a proven track record in driving revenue growth and managing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Web Sales Department, developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue for Atlas Digital’s web design and development services.
  • Oversee the sale of WordPress and Shopify-based solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and Atlas Digital’s high standards for design and functionality.
  • Collaborate with the web design and development teams to ensure seamless delivery of client projects, maintaining our reputation for quality and client satisfaction.
  • Build and nurture client relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services such as SEO, PPC, and Google Business Profile management.
  • Set and track sales targets, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize performance and achieve measurable results.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and client-centricity.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, WordPress and Shopify platform updates, and emerging digital marketing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • 2-5 years of proven sales experience in WordPress and Shopify solutions, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in the design and development of WordPress and Shopify platforms, including familiarity with modern design principles, responsive design, and e-commerce functionality.
  • Experience leading a sales team or department is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
  • Deep understanding of web design and development processes, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a client-centric approach to sales and service delivery.
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, with experience using analytics tools to track KPIs and optimize sales performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building lasting client relationships.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media) is a plus.
