State Championship Qualifier Coordinator

Location: Travel within 50 miles of San Francisco
Pay: $20/hour + $0.50/mile reimbursement + bonus for team sign-ups
Schedule: Weekends only (October–late February)

About the Role

Love basketball and great with people? Join our team as a part-time State Championship Qualifier Coordinator and play a key role in inviting youth teams from the Bay Area to our NorCal Championship Tournament. As the local face of our brand, you’ll help teams qualify for State, capture the energy of the events, and share it with the community through social media.

What You’ll Do

• Represent our brand at weekend tournaments
• Interact with coaches, teams, and families on-site
• Take team photos and post content on Facebook
• Collect qualifying teams contact information for the State Championship
• Travel up to 50 miles for events. In most cases events will be less than 30 miles away.

• Weekend availability, Oct–March
• Reliable transportation
• Confident with communication and social media
• Energetic, organized and dependable
• Experience in marketing or media is a bonus
