Tri-County Technical College invites you to apply yo the Statistical Research Analyst III position within our Institutional Research and Evaluation department. They will support institutional research and decision-making by managing data collection, analysis, and reporting processes. This position will be primarily responsible for certain reporting requirements and will develop data dashboards and visualizations.

Job Functions:
  • INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL REPORTING: Prepare and submit reports to external agencies, including state and federal entities. Compiles and formats data for internal stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Produces ad hoc reports using institutional databases and reporting tools.
  • SURVEY AND EVALUATION MANAGEMENT: Manages planning and execution of institutional surveys, including student, graduate, and employer evaluations, as well as student reactions to instruction, to ensure timely completion of assessments and results reporting to support institutional decision-making.
  • ANNUAL PROGRAM EVALUATION: Supports the annual program evaluation cycle by creating a graduate database, researching graduate placement using multiple contact methods, and hiring and supervising part-time staff as necessary to support the evaluation process
  • DATA PUBLICATIONS: Design data visualizations and summary reports for institutional publications. Ensures that relevant publications contain data that are accurate and up to date. Develop and maintain data dashboards for internal and external use.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree and professional experience involving the collection, analysis, interpretation and presentation of quantified data. A master's degree in statistics may be substituted for the required work experience. Experience in data analysis, reporting, or institutional research.
  • Experience with reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, R, SAS, SQL)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Excellent communication and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Two or more years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or institutional research.
  • Familiarity with IPEDS, state, or accreditation reporting
  • Experience producing dashboards or publications
