Steel Fabricator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Stainless Steel Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and finishing stainless steel components according to technical drawings and specifications. The role requires precision, attention to detail, and experience in welding, cutting, and polishing stainless steel for various industrial, commercial, or architectural applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Measure, cut, shape, and weld stainless steel materials using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment (TIG/MIG).
• Fabricate and assemble stainless steel structures, components, and products to required standards.
• Carry out grinding, polishing, and finishing to achieve a high-quality surface finish.
• Operate workshop machinery such as shears, press brakes, drills, grinders, and saws.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to company safety procedures.
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and team members to meet project deadlines.
• Perform maintenance on tools and equipment as required.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a stainless steel fabricator or similar role (minimum [X] years).
• Strong knowledge of stainless steel fabrication techniques, welding processes (TIG/MIG), and finishing.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Skilled in using fabrication machinery, power tools, and hand tools.
• Good knowledge of safety standards and practices in fabrication.
• Physical stamina, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in custom fabrication for commercial kitchens, railings, tanks, or industrial equipment.

• Flexibility to work overtime or on-site when required.
