Steel Fixer

We are looking for an experienced Steel Fixer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge in steel reinforcement work and the ability to deliver high-quality results within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret construction drawings and structural plans.
• Cut, bend, shape, and fix steel bars and mesh to reinforce concrete structures.
• Prepare and install rebar, stirrups, and reinforcement frameworks as per specifications.
• Ensure accurate measurement and alignment of steel components.
• Work closely with site supervisors and foremen to complete tasks efficiently.
• Follow safety rules and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Steel Fixer (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of rebar fabrication and installation techniques.
• Ability to read technical drawings and bar bending schedules (BBS).
• Good physical fitness and stamina for construction site work.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• UAE experience
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
