Qualification: DAE – Mechanical

Relevant Experience: 10 Years of Large Infrastructure Projects

• Supervise daily maintenance and repair activities for earth moving, concreting, and tunnelling equipment including excavators, loaders, concrete mixers, concrete pumps, dump trucks, jumbo drills, shotcrete machines and related machinery.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime and lifespan.
• Diagnose/overhauling mechanical, hydraulic, engine and electrical system's
• Manage and lead a team of technicians and mechanics, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and equipment history.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safe working practices.
• Coordinate with procurement for spare parts and tools required for maintenance activities.
• Manage budgets related to maintenance operations and cost control.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems used in heavy machinery.
• Experience in supervising technical teams.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Familiarity with safety standards in heavy equipment operations.
