Site Supervisor/Engineer (Finishing and Interior)

Imperium Developers Pvt, a leading name in Lahore’s construction and real estate sector, is looking to hire a skilled and responsible Site Supervisor with hands-on experience in interior finishing works for high-end residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day on-site operations of interior finishing works—ensuring that all activities align with approved designs, specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day interior finishing activities on-site to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution
• Ensure all interior work is executed as per approved drawings, design intent, and company quality standards
• Monitor project timelines, material availability, and manpower deployment to optimize site productivity
• Collaborate with design teams, contractors, and vendors to identify and resolve on-site issues promptly
• Maintain strict quality control to ensure finishing standards meet high-end aesthetic and functional expectations
• Ensure full compliance with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements during all site activities
• Prepare daily progress reports and communicate effectively with the project management team
• Enforce strict site safety protocols and maintain discipline among workers and subcontractors

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering,Architecture or relevant field is a must
• 5+ years of experience in interior finishing, site supervision, or interior construction
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and installation techniques
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and implement them on-site
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of site conditions
• Knowledge of legal compliance, safety standards, and best construction practices.
