Site Supervisor/Engineer (Finishing and Interior) NEBOSH CERTIFIED

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Site Supervisor with a strong focus on interior works and finishing supervision. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about high-quality execution, design implementation, and maintaining site discipline throughout interior fit-out stages. You will be the key point of contact on-site, ensuring that all design specifications are executed accurately, safely, and in compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and coordinate day-to-day interior finishing activities on-site.

2. Ensure that all interior work is carried out as per approved drawings, design intent, and company standards.

3. Monitor project timelines, materials, and manpower to ensure efficient execution.

4. Collaborate with design teams, contractors, and vendors to resolve on-site issues swiftly.

5. Maintain quality control and ensure finishing standards meet high design expectations.

6. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in all on-site activities.

7. Prepare daily progress reports and communicate effectively with the project management team.

8. Enforce site safety protocols and work discipline among workers and subcontractors.

Requirements:

- NEBOSH Certification and Work Experience is a must.

- Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture is a must.

- 1–2 years of relevant experience in interior finishing, site supervision, or interior construction.

- Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and installation techniques.

- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and implement them on-site.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of site conditions.

- Knowledge of legal compliance, safety standards, and best construction practices.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
