Site Supervisor | Civil Engineering

About Us:
TechTronix Solutions (SMC-Private) Limited is a growing technology and engineering solutions company, actively handling projects across Pakistan. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Site Supervisor (Civil Engineering) to join our team. This role is primarily responsible for overseeing remote projects, along with handling official and technical tasks assigned from time to time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site civil works, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with design and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Prepare and review BOQs, site reports, drawings, and related documentation.
• Manage project timelines, materials, and manpower effectively.
• Conduct inspections and provide QA/QC support at project sites.
• Handle official engineering-related tasks and support management as required.
• Travel frequently to remote project sites (within Pakistan).

Requirements:

• Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE Civil).
• Minimum 1 year of relevant site experience.
• Strong knowledge of site supervision, drawings, BOQs, and reporting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and other engineering software (Revit / MS Project is a plus).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be willing to travel and stay at project sites as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
