Big Timber Family Dental – Now Hiring: Sterilization Tech. Dental Assistant in Training

Big Timber Family Dental is looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Sterilization Technician, with the opportunity to grow into a Dental Assistant role. We pride ourselves on having a great team environment and are willing to train the right candidate, no prior dental experience required. Experienced dental professionals are encouraged to apply. Pay is dependent on experience.

Schedule:
Monday – Thursday | 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Learn & Be Responsible For:

• Proper sterilization and infection control procedures
• Cleaning, disinfecting, and organizing operatories
• Instrument processing and maintenance
• Assisting with room setup and breakdown
• Supporting clinical team with daily flow
• Introduction to chairside assisting
• Dental terminology and procedures
• Patient care basics and communication
