Steward:

We are seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Steward to support our kitchen and Food & Beverage operations at a prestigious 5-star resort. The Steward will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of all kitchen areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, equipment, utensils, and storage areas
  • Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen tools efficiently and hygienically
  • Ensure proper garbage segregation and disposal as per hygiene standards
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness of refrigerators, freezers, and dry storage areas
  • Support kitchen staff with basic tasks when required
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines (HACCP standards)
  • Keep work areas organized and free of hazards
  • Assist in receiving and storing deliveries when needed

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a hotel, resort, or restaurant (preferably 4-star/5-star)
  • Basic knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
